Love and Thanksgiving

According to Paul, the reason why God created human beings is love. (Romans 8:38-39) This is a good clue for letting us see a Jewish traditional interpretation of the first word of Genesis, i.e., what Jewish educational point of view and understanding are to God's Creation. "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1) Everything coming into human view through the five senses (Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching), i.e., all things in the human mind are creations of God. They are the contents God's love shows in this world.

Then who is God? He is love. We know well that love sprouted in humans is not known until it is once expressed. God from our human point of view is known through His universal creations. God's reason for creating the universe can be understood only by His love. His love is the Creator. All the conceivable things in our life in this world are the creations of His love. "For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor present things, nor future things, nor powers, nor height, nor depths nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39)

Whether our human life has longevity in this world or not depends on God's love. Do you want to come near or very close to God? Wish only for God to answer your prayer. Then, go to Church believing in God and say, "God I love and thank you" every day and every moment that you can. For: "If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him. 'Do to others whatever you would have them do to you. This is the law and the prophets.'" (Matthew 7:11-12) "Therefore I tell you all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours." (Mark 11:24)
